My new short story Impulse is here. This is the best one yet, and I hope you enjoy it and it brings a tear to your eye.

I had to do a lot of research for this one, and I found out many interesting things about the symptoms of an undeveloped prefrontal cortex in a teenager.

The Prefrontal Cortex, which is the part of the brain which handles making wise decisions and resulting impulses, does not finish developing until around age 25.

One thing that can play a big role in hindering the development of this part of the brain is excessive use of technology. When the development is not allowed to carry on healthily, it may result in a person with less ability to make good decisions and a person with less control over their IMPULSEs.
